RMA Procedures
Once we receive your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number and advise you of your RMA number through e‑mail.
Please package your products securely, as GET is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Once you have the RMA number, you can return the merchandise, with freight pre‑paid, to us at the following address. Shipments will NOT be accepted without an RMA number.

Make sure you mark the RMA number on the box.
The defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced. If your product is not under warranty, GET will contact you before beginning the work to receive a PO.
We will return the repaired merchandise by UPS Ground or equivalent service.
