MTS, located at 30 Feldspar Way, Fredericksburg, VA 22405, is committed to support both the immediate and long term needs of the customer. MTS presents an exceptionally capable and experienced team composed of personnel who have an in‑depth knowledge of US Navy Combat Systems such as Aegis, ACDS, and SSDS.
MTS has operational experience dating back to the early 1980’s. Over the past twelve years their personnel have seen downsizing, growth, and changing roles within the Department of Defense (DoD) and US Navy. They are prepared to provide a completely flexible team of support professionals who have extensive experience and familiarization. In addition, MTS experience and employee history of excellence in supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) has been well documented.
MTS offers an unparalleled performance‑based understanding of program management, acquisition and technical requirements, and the challenges facing program leadership. They have tremendous reach‑back to the full complement of tools, resources, and technical offerings that can be brought to bear in support of this effort. In addition, MTS brings detailed knowledge of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense requirements and expectations for their fulfillment.

GDIT provides systems engineering, professional services, simulation and training to customers in the defense, federal civilian government, health, homeland security, intelligence, state and local government and commercial sectors. GDIT has the ability to manage large‑scale, mission critical IT programs and provides mission support service. As a Prime Contractor to Seaport E, GDIT is currently providing many functional areas to the U.S. Government, efficiently and cost effectively. GDIG will provide 3.1 Research &Development, 3.2 Engineering, Engineering System Engineering & Process Engineering Support, 3.6 Software Engineering, Development, Programming and Network Support, 3.12 Information System Development and 3.19 In‑Service Engineering, Installation and Checkout Support functional areas.
Founded in 1989, Miller Marine has earned the excellent reputation as a full service repair facility for both the military and commercial market. Our facilities encompass over 10,000 square feet of machine shop space with a wide range of capabilities, including sheet metal fabrication, machining, pipe bending, welding and repair services.
Miller Marine holds over 87 welding certifications which apply to almost any combination of welds imaginable. These are of particular interest to our military and industrial customers but can be applied to any host of projects.
Miller Marine are a certified ABR (Agreement for Boat Repair) with the US Navy and routinely work aboard a variety of Navy ships, including Aircraft Carriers, Destroyers, Hospital Ships, Frigates, LCAC, LCM8, LCU, LCS and Amphibious Assault Ships. With an approved Quality System Manual in accordance with NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04 and ISO 9001/2008, Miller Marine continually monitor the quality of our work and seek out opportunities for improvement in all areas of operation.
